By proceeding with your purchase of a Unity Node License Lease, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Final & Non-Refundable Payments
- All payments made to CheekyCrypto for a Unity Node License Lease are final and non-refundable, under any circumstances.
- This includes (but is not limited to) situations where the Unity system, nodes, or related infrastructure are delayed, modified, or never released.
No Guarantees
- CheekyCrypto does not guarantee the release, operation, or continued support of Unity nodes.
- There is no guarantee of uptime, performance, profitability, or reward distribution.
- Participation is entirely at your own risk.
Limited Scope of Rights
- Purchasing a license lease does not grant you ownership, shares, tokens, equity, governance rights, or any stake in CheekyCrypto or Unity.
- Your rights are purely utility-based as described in the lease terms.
- If your leased license remains inactive for 90 consecutive days, your right to the lease will be revoked and the license may be reallocated by CheekyCrypto.
Assumption of Risk
- You acknowledge that you may lose your entire payment.
- You understand that running a node involves operational responsibilities and external risks (e.g., technical issues, market conditions, regulatory changes).
Limitation of Liability
- CheekyCrypto’s liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for your lease.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
No Refund Policy
- Under no circumstances will refunds be issued — even if Unity is not released, discontinued, or experiences downtime or failures.
Legal Framework
- This agreement is governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of CheekyCrypto’s registration.
- Disputes, if any, will be handled via arbitration or other mechanisms specified in the full agreement.
